Unfortunately, this means that I do not post to your country.
\nNB: I am unable to post to the United Kingdom. Since the changes imposed since the United Kingdom left the EU.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING and CARRIERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Shipping is calculated at checkout when you enter the delivery address.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mille R\u00eaves en Laine keeps shipping costs as low as possible and they are related to the prices quoted by Colissimo, (La Poste), or Mondial Relay if available in your country.<\/p>\n

I post orders on the next working day<\/em> after receipt of your order, except when an item is listed as “Pre-Order”.<\/p>\n

France \u2013 up to 3 days<\/p>\n

Rest of Europe \u2013 up to 5 days<\/p>\n

SHIPPING PRE-ORDER ITEMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When an item is listed as “Pre-Order” it will not ship immediately; the release date will be given on the product page. Regardless of the purchase date, all pre-order items will ship on the release date. If you have placed an order with other items, those will ship at the same time as the pre-ordered item.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>IF A PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED\/ LOST OR DAMAGED
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A claim must be made by the customer to Colissimo or Mondial Relay in order to obtain a full refund. A claim made by Mille R\u00eaves en Laine is not obligatory or automatic and will only cover 70% of the value of the lost goods, whereas it will reach 100% if made by the end customer.<\/p>\n

RETURNS REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are accepted under only specific conditions. Please see my Returns\/Refunds Policy<\/em> (Link in Footer)<\/p>\n

CUSTOMS FEES\/DUTY CHARGES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mille R\u00eaves en Laine is located in France, European Union (EU). Any orders that are placed from outside the EU are subject to customs fees based on the shipping address given at the time of purchase. Each country\/state has its own regulations and rates for items being imported from the EU. Postal Services will collect these fees on behalf of the country of importation. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of possible customs charges when making a purchase.<\/p>\n

Please note that a refusal of a customs fee payment will warrant the order being returned to us, at our expense. If you wish to receive a refund of a refused order, the return charges will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

Les frais de port sont calcul\u00e9s au moment de la commande, lorsque vous indiquez l’adresse de livraison.<\/p>\n

Mille R\u00eaves en Laine maintient les frais de port aussi bas que possible et sont li\u00e9s aux prix indiqu\u00e9s par Colissimo, (La Poste), ou Mondial Relay si disponible dans votre pays.<\/p>\n

Je poste les commandes le jour ouvrable suivant<\/em> la r\u00e9ception de votre commande, sauf si un article est list\u00e9 comme “Pr\u00e9-commande”.<\/p>\n

EXP\u00c9DITION DES ARTICLES EN PR\u00c9-COMMANDE<\/h3>\n

Lorsqu’un article est list\u00e9 comme “Pr\u00e9-commande”, il ne sera pas exp\u00e9di\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement ; la date de sortie sera indiqu\u00e9e sur la page du produit. Quelle que soit la date d’achat, tous les articles en pr\u00e9-commande seront exp\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la date de sortie. Si vous avez pass\u00e9 une commande avec d’autres articles, ceux-ci seront exp\u00e9di\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps que l’article pr\u00e9command\u00e9.<\/p>\n

SI UN COLIS N’EST PAS LIVR\u00c9\/PERDU OU ENDOMMAG\u00c9<\/h3>\n

Une r\u00e9clamation doit \u00eatre faite par le client aupr\u00e8s de Colissimo ou Mondial Relay afin d’obtenir un remboursement int\u00e9gral. La r\u00e9clamation faite par Mille R\u00eaves en Laine n’est pas obligatoire ni automatique et ne couvrira que 70% de la valeur de la marchandise perdue, alors qu’elle atteindra 100% si elle est faite par le client final.<\/p>\n

Toute commande pass\u00e9e en dehors de l’UE est soumise \u00e0 des frais de douane en fonction de l’adresse de livraison indiqu\u00e9e au moment de l’achat. Chaque pays\/\u00e9tat a ses propres r\u00e9glementations et tarifs pour les articles import\u00e9s de l’UE. Les services postaux per\u00e7oivent ces frais au nom du pays d’importation. Il incombe au client de s’informer des \u00e9ventuels frais de douane au moment de l’achat.
