Each skein is hand-dyed in a subtle, variegated blend of delicate, pale, \u2018misty\u2019 green, with pale, brown forest tones.\r\n\r\nBFL is very soft on the skin, yet because of the fleece having a long staple length, it's hard wearing and naturally resistant to pilling - perfect for knitting socks and no need for nylon!<\/em>\r\n\r\n100% BFL Wool \u2018Misty Woodland\u2019 is a sumptuous, smooth, soft, yet strong yarn that's perfect for socks! Of course, my 100% BFL Wool in \u2018Misty Woodland\u2019 is also great for larger garments and knits up beautifully for shawls, cowls, hats, mittens and scarves. All of my BFL is from small, well-managed British farms. These farms adhere to high animal welfare standards. It's spun in British mills.\r\n\r\nEven my repeatable colourways are hand-dyed in small batches of 5 skeins because of my fastidious quality control methods. I put only one batch into the shop at a time, so please make sure you buy enough yarn to complete your intended project. If you need a larger quantity of skeins than I have in the shop, please ask me to custom dye a new batch for you.\r\n
