This MCN \u2018Night Time\u2019 is a blend of merino wool, cashmere fibres and nylon. It\u2019s a fingering\/4 Ply yarn, hand-dyed in my home studio in France. Each skein is hand-dyed in a subtle, variegated blend of pink-toned purples with dark grey speckles sprinkled over. MCN is extremely soft on the skin.<\/p>\n
This MCN \u2018Night Time\u2019 is a luxurious, smooth, soft, that’s perfect for larger garments and knits up beautifully for shawls, cowls, hats, and scarves. I personally would not knit socks with this yarn as I find it’s not a hard-wearing enough blend. Use it to create any luxuriously soft items of your dreams. All of my Merino is from well-managed farms that DO NOT inflict mulesing on their sheep.<\/p>\n
Even my repeatable colourways are hand-dyed in small batches of 4-5 skeins because of my fastidious quality control methods. I put only one batch into the shop at a time, so please make sure you buy enough yarn to complete your intended project.<\/p>\n
